This position requires a dedicated professional who demonstrates an exceptional work ethic and can independently manage real estate closings from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Handle real estate closings from initiation through completion
• Prepare closing documents and coordinate with all parties
• Review title reports and resolve title issues
• Communicate with lenders, brokers, and clients
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain client confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of New Jersey real estate paralegal experience
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in real estate software and document preparation
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under deadlines
• New York real estate experience is a plus
